Rules
1) ALWAYS listen to Staff, and do as they say. They were chosen because they deserve respect, and are helpful and kind. So treat them as such.
2) Respect the etiquette: Lurk and get to know the forum before you post.
3) Keep the focus: Questions outside the scope of a certain forum (Off-Topic) will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted without any notice.
4) Be nice to each other and respect the staff. If you have a problem with another member turn to the respective moderator or a super moderator for advise and help. Material that is knowingly defamatory, illegal, abusive, threatening or harassing, is strictly prohibited. As with anything, you, as a member, should use good common sense when posting.
5) Do not spam/flame in the wrong section. No blatant advertising.
6) No warez, cracks, serials, pornographic or illegally obtained copyrighted content. Links to content of a questionable nature, asking for, offering, or asking for help/helping to process such content in any way or form will result in a suspension.
7) Keep the size of personal images down. FinalChaos Forums offers a feature for automatic scaling down of avatars/personal photos.
-Avatars - 150X150 (Max Dimension [Pixel])
-Signatures - Max of 1 300 X 500 each (Max Dimensions = Width X Height)
8) No cross posting. Post your message once, in the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.
9) Use the reputation system fairly, and do not make a new account to give yourself more rep.
10) Please send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages or email to the Staffs or Admins, they will be taken care of.
11) Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one worded (real short) non-sense posts etc. The number of posts on this board has a direct relation to the experience of a member.
-Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
-We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without giving notices in advance.
12) The official language is English. Please refrain from using other languages unless you have also included a translation.
13) Multiple registrations IS NOT allowed.
14) Political discussion not directly related to well known or important issues are prohibited, as is any discussion on religion and religious matters.
15) Instructions by Staff are to be followed.
16) While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, we ALWAYS reserve the rights to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
