I usually hate running and because of my severe sports asthma I am not very good, yet.
I just read a book called Running for Women. It really inspired me and it has all these things in it that help you to build up to how ever much running you want to do.
Like I suck at running so I am going to go onto a training program from the book where you start running 2 mins, walking 4 and repeating 4 times. That program will eventually lead me up to running 30 mins straight.
So I was wondering if anyone here liked running or your opinions on it.
I recommend reading Running For Women(if you are a girl obviously) It is really inspiring and gives you a lot of tips.
