It's the year 2546. Our time has long since past. Now it is the future, complete with flying cars, new video games with much better graphics, and other luxuries that aren't really required in life but make it a little easier.

As more stuff is wanted scientists must quickly come up with solutions for the, now lazy, people of the future so they have to do less and less. The newest project is a robot. It can clean, take care of the kids, and can be used as a war weapon, able to cause much destruction. One wouldn't think of it as the ideal toy in our time, but anything that can multi-task like that is worth big money in their time.

Due to a fire in the last lab the scientists had to move into a new lab. They had heard rumors that it had been haunted, and then thought "Maybe it would be a good idea if we could actually bring back the dead." Thus, whenever a paranormal sighting happened within the lab all of the scientists gathered in the room and did multiple expirements. They were sure they were not alone in the lab any longer.
But they knew that they could only do one thing at a time. Hence, they started working on the robot, but they were surprised when a sudden power-outage occured. They quickly turned the power back on only to find that the robots were mysteriously missing.

Then, from a room toward the back a bright light flashes. All the scientists run to the room and they all gave a shout, all saying something along the lines of "We did it! They're alive!"
For, not only had they brought the living dead back to life, but they had brought them back to life in a robot. A dangerous robot, at that. They still looked like they were human, but their was a presence that said they weren't.

"All living humans must die," the spirits say in unison, just before murdering a young man scientist.
All of the scientists ran out of the room, screaming at the top of their lungs. Some escaped, but others were killed.

Now it is up to the remaining scientists to either exterminate the spirits, find out how to get them to stop killing, but overall save everybody from early deaths.
